We work for you, not for the hotel, the airline, or the tour desk. We compare and look for the better rate, the cleaner terms, the offer that actually fits this trip. That is how we protect your time and your money.

Tripanio Medical Assistance organizes the medical path. We find a doctor or clinic, call a physician to your location, call an ambulance or a taxi to hospital, and arrange admission. When the case requires it, we organize medical transport including air ambulance, emergency evacuation from a cruise ship, and helicopter transfer to a medical facility for a life-threatening illness. We stay on the line and coordinate with local providers. Hospital bills, treatment costs and insurance payouts are not covered by Tripanio. We get you to care and run the logistics. We do not settle the invoice for treatment.

If you need legal help on the trip, Tripanio Legal Assistance finds and organizes the people on the ground: a lawyer, a translator, a notary, and support with police paperwork — including going with you to the station and helping you file the report.
We pay the provider’s invoice directly, up to $1,000 per incident. We do not send cash to your card and we do not reimburse receipts after the fact. This is not legal insurance. You get the specialist, we settle their bill within the published cap.

Tripanio Insurance Assistance is on your side — not the insurer’s. We check the policy before you buy and tell you the truth about exclusions, delays, and what a real claim looks like. You hear what will actually happen if something goes wrong, not the brochure version. After an incident we guide every step: what to say, which documents to collect, how to file — so you don’t lose a valid payout to paperwork.

Tripanio does not replace the insurance company and does not pay the claim. Eligible costs are paid by the insurer under the policy you bought.

If you reach your final destination 3+ hours late, the flight is cancelled at short notice, you are denied boarding, or a connection is missed because of the airline, you may be owed fixed compensation — typically €250–€600 per passenger where EU-style passenger-rights rules apply.

Tripanio checks whether the law is on your side and handles the file with the airline. You keep 100% of any compensation awarded. Not every flight qualifies. There is no payout when the disruption is outside the airline’s control. This is a claim against the airline, not a payment from Tripanio.

If your luggage is lost, Tripanio Luggage Protection walks you through the airline claim: who to contact, what to write, which forms to file, so you can pursue the carrier’s compensation. If the airline refuses to pay for the lost bag, Tripanio pays you $1,000.

This cash is only for loss after a carrier refusal — not for a delayed bag, not a replacement of the airline’s process.

If you are travelling in your own car or a rental and it needs repair, replacement parts, a tow or emergency door unlock, Tripanio Car Protection organizes the help and pays the workshop or specialist directly, up to $3,000. We do not send money to your card and we do not reimburse receipts after the fact.

This is not car insurance. You get the service on the ground; we settle the provider’s invoice within the published cap.

Tripanio sends you emails tied to the destination you selected — not a global news dump. Typical alerts: protests and unrest, transport strikes, airport or road closures, storms and other natural events, health notices, and incidents that affect travel or safety. This is information so you can change a plan in time.

Tripanio Travel VPN encrypts the traffic on your phone when you use hotel, airport, café or other public Wi-Fi — and when you are on a foreign network with the eSIM. Bank apps, mail and logins go through an encrypted tunnel instead of an open hotspot. Turn it on before you join unknown Wi-Fi. It is a travel tool for cleaner connections, used together with the eSIM or local Wi-Fi.

If you shop abroad and the country has tax-free / VAT refund for visitors, Tripanio walks you through the real process: which purchases qualify, what to ask the store for, which form to keep, where to get the customs stamp, and what to do at the airport desk so the refund is not lost to a missing chop. We are on your side in that queue - not the shop’s, not the refund company’s. Tripanio does not pay you the VAT. The refund comes from the scheme or the refund operator. We stop you handing in the wrong paperwork or leaving the stamp until after you have checked in.
