Disclaimer:
Tripanio is a digital travel-services bundle sold by Tripbox LTD (company number 17076930), registered in England and Wales, registered office 5 Brayford Square, London, England E1 0SG, trading as Tripanio. It is not an insurance policy, not an insurance company, and not a substitute for travel medical insurance, motor insurance, collision-damage waiver, legal-expenses insurance or any regulated insurance product. Purchase of Tripanio does not transfer insured risk to Tripbox LTD. Depending on the plan paid for, Tripanio provides travel eSIM data, 24/7 chat, travel concierge, organization of medical, legal and practical help, guidance on travel insurance claims, filing of airline passenger-rights claims, destination alerts and guides, travel VPN, tax-free guidance, and, where expressly described in Limits & Exclusions, payment to a third-party provider. We do not underwrite risk. We do not guarantee that a clinic will admit you, that an airline will pay, that an insurer will accept a claim, that a visa will be issued, or that an incident will not occur. We do not provide medical treatment, legal representation in our own name, or emergency rescue as a licensed rescue operator. The bundle is personal to the paying customer aged 18 or over. Copy, prices and examples on the site may change. If the site conflicts with the Terms of use, Limits & Exclusions, Refund and cancellation policy, Privacy Policy or the checkout confirmation, those documents prevail. Chat scripts and videos are illustrations, not a promise that every case will look the same. Nothing on the site is medical, legal or tax advice beyond arranging third-party specialists as described. Local law may restrict the use of eSIM, VPN or payment methods. You are responsible for device compatibility and lawful use. Vendors may help deliver connectivity, alerts, payments or claim filing. The customer contract is with Tripbox LTD under our terms only. Legal and refund requests: info@tripanio.com
